PromptElixir is built and maintained by a small team passionate about making AI tools accessible to everyone. We don’t have a large customer support department — which means when you contact us, you’re talking directly with the people who actually built the platform.
We prioritize bug reports and tool issues above everything else. If a tool is broken or producing bad output, we want to know immediately. Our goal is to fix critical issues within 1–3 business days, and we’ll always acknowledge your report with an update.
Feature requests are a genuine part of how PromptElixir grows. Several of the tools on the platform today — including the AI Humanizer and the Instagram Caption Generator — were built based on direct user feedback. If you have a tool idea or a workflow you’re trying to solve, tell us about it.
